Yogurt Parfait



My version of a yogurt parfait is based on fruits that I like eating and the fact that adding sugar into plain yogurt would expose me (and you) to less calories than if I used already sweetened yogurt.

Ingredients:
1 medium sized apple
1 banana
Trail mix:
cranberry
raisins,
almonds
and sunflower.This is a Walmart "Great
Value" trail mix.
6 scoops/ 6 tablespoons of plain yogurt
11/2 tablespoon of sugar or honey

Method:
Cube the apple after removing its core and slice the banana
Heap the 6 tablespoons of yogurt on top of the banana and apple ,add sugar and then sprinkle as much trail mix and you desire.
Voila`,your parfait awaits! :)
