Fajita inspired wrap

This is a quick healthy meal that can be made in 30 minutes or under
Ingredients
Canola oil,
Red Onions,
1/2 of 1 red bell pepper cut into strips
1/2 of 1  green bell pepper cut into strips
1 broccoli floret
Diced Garlic,
1 pound of ground beef or ground turkey, ( I generally don't eat beef but I decided to try something different),
Thyme,
Italian seasoning
Nestle's Maggi sauce (MSG-free),
 Salt and black pepper,
Joseph's Flax Oat Bran and Whole Wheat Lavash Bread,
1 slice of jalapeno pepper jack cheese.

Cooking Directions
-Put a thin layer of oil in the frying pan, add sliced red onions (outer layer peeled and washed)
-Add diced minced garlic to onions and stir fry onions and garlic for about 4 minutes on medium heat. The onions should become translucent.
-Add ground beef, to this add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and Maggi sauce
-Cover this mixture for about 15 minutes, when you stir the ground meat it should not have red or pink areas inside,
-Add red and green bell pepper and cut off the thick part of 3 florets so that you have little bulbs of broccoli. I cooked this mixture for 3 to 5 minutes. I did not want the vegetables to get too soft so they did not lose their crunch.
-Finally,  place the meat and vegetables as a filling in the middle of the bread.

Optional additions: To garnish this dish, I made one slice of jalapeno pepper jack cheese into 4 cheese balls by melting it in a saucepan. Once it melted, it was easy to cut up the cheese into strips and make them into balls.  on them. I added a little bit of reduced-fat honey mustard dressing to this to give it a slightly creamy taste.
